I love Moes - so much so that I have the app and earn rewards points with each visit. However, this location sucks and I advise you to avoid it. I was torn between going to Moes in New Haven or this one, and this one only won because I didnt want to look for or pay for parking in the city. Wrong decision, as I wouldve been better off going to New Haven. I place my order and first, they dont have cilantro rice so I settle for the regular rice. Then, when it came to adding the extras, they stated that they dont have any grilled onions or grilled peppers and that I could wait while they made some. Definitely not. Then they proceeded to tell me that they dont have any corn pico, which at that point I replied, "Oh my god, what do you have?" I am very, very understanding and patient as a customer, especially as someone who's worked in the food industry for years, so it really took a lot for me to be that rude, snarky customer in that moment. The only redeeming quality of this location and the reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because I tried using my $5 burrito offer from the app and when it didnt work because I was told "this Moes location doesnt accept the app coupons," the worker comped my meal and gave me the coupon anyway. This was the only good thing to come of this trip. This location is a mess, has a limited selection, and is overpriced. Avoid if possible.

Best Southwestern food I ever had , mouthwatering , ask for Paula , she made the experience absolutely amazing can't wait to go back , thankyou so much , felt nothing but love .

This is the worst place I've been in a long time! This was the first time going to Moe's and I regret it! My family and I were there a few weeks ago and we were in a hurry because we were heading out of town. Got there and the dudes behind the counter were sloth slow! Took our order. Mind you, no one else was in line. Finally after he finished my burrito, I ordered 2 kids' meals which stated on the menu that they included drinks. He asked what the kids wanted to drink and my daughter asked for apple juice. I asked if they had that. He said yes so I got 2. When I got to the cashier, the meal was $22 for a burrito and 2 kids' meals. After I paid, this dude overcharged me $0.75 each for the apple juices which should've been included. I asked him about the extra charge. He said, " sorry ma'am. Ever since I've been here, the boss charged for the apple juice." I said, "You realize I wouldn't have ordered that if it wasn't supposed to be included right?.....I'd like my money back." He said "I'm sorry ma'am. The boss won't let me give a refund just for that". I said "Is the boss here? I'd like to speak to the manager!" Of course she wasn't there. If my kids weren't hungry and if we weren't in a hurry, I'd ask for a complete refund! This is the worst place ever and I've never seen such incompetence. Man, I could see if I was wrong, but clearly it was their fault and they did nothing to rectify the situation. Then, he had the nerve to say "Have a nice day though" as I grabbed the bag and walked away. I'll never set foot near a Moe's again. The food wasn't even that good and definitely not worth the frustration. I'll stick to expensive Chipotle's over them.

We tried first time the Moe's food ,had Burrito bowl and Burrito wrap.. Both were delicious.
The staffs were kind and patiently listened to make our custom orders..
