Every time I come to this location the drive through is always ridiculously slow. The receipt will show you what you paid for but the bag will always show otherwise. You not only have to check your bag to make sure you received all your items, but you also have to open each individual wrapper to make sure it was the right thing. Tonight i got just this and made it home to find my order was not only mangled, but wrong. Thanks tacoBell. You really need a new staff and way better training.

Awful service!! Employees are rude, service super slow just for a simply hot coffee and some Cinnabon. People at this location needs better training. They have a Drive thru but obviously this is way too much to handle for this location.

Messed up my order 2 times, finally got it right on lucky number 3. Forgot to include other items we had ordered for my friend (was all together as one transaction) until I spoke up about the first order problem. Never had a problem at the Orange, CT location, ALWAYS have had issues with this Milford, CT location for many years. Careless mistakes and bad customer service when already paid for and shown on the receipt.

I attempted to order a couple large burritos for a party. Perhaps the number seems a little large, but we were serious. The woman at the other end promptly told me to get a life very rudely. I was extremely offended and would not order their food again.
