The great reviews for National Pawn are what brought me into their store, and I have to say, I was not disappointed. Customer service was above and beyond what you’d think a typical pawn shop would offer. Jimmy was incredibly kind and funny just like I’d read about, and he was super courteous in making sure I was taken care of. The manager, Felix was also very nice, and both he and Jimmy were so efficient despite being short-staffed. I had a fantastic experience with National Pawn, and I’ll gladly be back in the future.

Please do not go to National Pawn they are rude especially April and you want get your money worth. They lock the door when you leave like you are a criminal and April acts like she owns the store. Very rude. If you talk to another customer in the store just randomly, she will not give the value of the items you are selling or buying. Poor customer service. Stay Away from this place. Crooks and she truly does not know how to handle customers.

I had an amazing experience at National Pawn. They gave way more than the pawnshops around. Jimmy made me laugh and made me feel so comfortable. Im happy they have my business.

Called this place to see if they buy electronics because I have a Meta Quest 2 oculus I ask for a ballpark range that they buy them for, over the phone so I wouldn’t waste my time and they said they will not do that, and how I would have to come in the store, I go all the way there for this lady to tell me it’s not a real MetaQuest two. It’s just a quest two which was incorrect, then for her to offer me $60 bucks because she’s gonna try sell it for $100 bucks. Meanwhile the guy who I talked to when I walked in said 300$ was too much and 150$ would be more like it. I do not recommend this place to a friend or anybody who’s trying to actually sell and actually get the profit they deserve from there products

Jimmy is amazing. Funniest guy I've ever met and full of life/joy. 10/10 recommend this place. They don't hate their jobs and it shows!
