Mike He was very pompous, assuming the owner was extremely rude. Once engaged in conversation I remember why I have Not returned back after being at this location years ago. Someone needs to give him a good saging so any negative attachments can leave. I can't believe how I was spoken to as a potential customer. He has no idea who he turned away. I gave two stars because the sweet girl he has working with him was a delight. Grateful for her kindness and patience. Wishing you luck in your business endeavors.

I love this place I’m in the university area and it takes me almost an hour to get there just to look but it’s worth it I have done a lot of business with them and always satisfied!

Not only is the merchandise valued at a price able range , the payout for your pawn , loan , sell , or lay a way , is to be at a reasonable saving price with a top notch dollar payout . I feel like this is a honest place to deal money . And the jewelry is worth a look at .

Horrible, Won't be back.. can't even pick up my chain at my own convenience because of their I.d policy... Second off, upon first attempt I originally pawned a 14k 11 gram chain.. and the girl offered me 100 bucks like I smoke cracc.. not every blacc person smokes crack.. and I know the value of my gold.. which I enlightened her about . third of all.. how u in the hood with a i.d policy anyway?

I went in here looking for a specific type of ring. Although they didn’t have it they were very welcoming and helpful with sharing other place of businesses that would have what I was looking for. This place has a huge variety of jewelry neatly on display and a cool collection of records although those aren’t for sale check this place out the people are friendly.

They were so kind to me on the phone and in the store. Even though they weren't able to purchase my items, the two gentlemen were very polite, inquisitive, and genuinely caring. Most people don't meet businessmen like that everyday. It really brightened my day. Best pawn shop I've ever been to! Highly recommend

Great place! Mike and Chris are amazing!!! Can't say the same about the newer woman that answers the phones every now and then. She's quite rude and short with people, and likes to hangup on customers when they call to make a payment on their loans. Other than that, would recommend South Charlotte Jewelry and Loan to anyone looking for a decent pawn shop. Mike and Chris actually care about you and your belongings you come to pawn!
