I was looking for a best friend bracelet and settled on the burger and fries! Great customer service very patient when we kept changing our mind

Today I called about my package being marked as delivered a few days back but no sign of the package itself. Their process for lost packages was very professional and controlled. The woman I spoke with was super sweet and provided excellent customer service.

It's mother's day weekend and they have a sale going on buy 3 bangle bracelets and get 1 free. The staff was wonderful today 5/8/2021 I was visiting from out out town,was excited to know your company was in this mall. Will visit again when in town.

Ordered a significant amount of jewelry from Alex & Ani well in advanced to the holidays. Paid for expedited shipping just to ensure all of it would arrive well before the holidays; since I would be traveling. They shipped items USPS. USPS stated the items never arrived at their facility I called Alex & Ani 2x regarding this - they stated it was a USPS issue and GAURANTEED it would arrive prior to Christmas. These were due to arrive well before then anyways.. After speaking to USPS multiple times they still have not received the package.... it is well after the holidays now. Alex & Ani website says to not call them regarding this issue until 30 days! Kicker... their website also says they will not allow a refund 30 days after the date of order! I believe it never shipped and they charged me anyways. Looked at other reviews on the internet and this is not the only occurrence. Do not waste your time or money with this brand. I ended up purchasing Kinsley Armelle to replace the items I never received from Alex and Ani. Way better quality, beautiful unique pieces and great customer service. Will never purchase from Alex and Ani again; nor recommend them.

I wish I would have got the managers name that helped me but I didn't. I had a product that was given to me as a gift. I went in, explained the problem, and she was able to replace it without a problem. Now that's real customer service! Hard to find people these days that value their job and are so willing to help. I just wanted to give a special thanks to you for being so kind. I was in there 10/15/18 at about 4pm. The manager had dark hair that was about shoulder length. Sorry I didnt get your name but thank you!!

Always a pleasure shopping there, ladies are always helpful and friendly. Beautiful items available. Need more zodiac items. Trouble with credit card machine but all else experience was great.

Me and my wife went to the store the staff member that we encountered was very knowledgeable of everything in the store but also was a Harry Potter enthusiast he was able to relate to us have interesting conversations and I must say some of the best customer service I have ever encountered

Great service but I placed an order on 12/07/20 and still haven't received it it's a Christmas gift and I ordered it on December 7th wow this shows me how retailers can disappoint others

Forced to go here with the fiance. Seems trendy, and plenty of staff willing to help you just not to escape. If you're a potterhead, they have plenty of unique gifts to satisfy that craving.
