I purchased a belt online. The belt ended up not matching my Burberry bag or shoes. So I drove an hr and half a way to exchange the belt. First, I was told I couldn’t exchange the belt in store bc it wasn’t an even exchange, so I asked if I could purchase something else to go towards the difference. Of course they agreed to this. Tried the belt on birthday and it wouldn’t fit. So now, Burberry is saying I can’t exchange the belt bc the tags are not attached. You couldn’t even try to the belt on with the tags being attached. You can clearly tell the belt haven’t worn. The plastic is still sealed around the buckle.
Jasmine did a nice job of helping me pull together an outfit in a crunch… their normal space is currently under renovations very untimely considering the holidays but nonetheless a good shopping experience
I wish I could give them negative stars. The worse customer experience for a high end store. Unnecessary... should be a stand alone store and not part of any mall setting. I never plan to return and will shop only online with them.
I went to Burberry to exchange sizes for an online purchase. They were SO helpful, showed me different ways to style my Burberry attire, and helped me again the next day when I needed different items pulled right before I left town. Burberry's sales associates seemed to actually enjoy being there which made shopping there a very positive and fun experience. I went into the store to exchange a coat, but after seeing the quality of all of the bags, scarves and other items I know I will be making more purchases! Shoutout to Jasmine for being the BEST!
Just had a fantastic experience shopping this location. Sara was fun, professional and very knowledgeable about each product. She made us want to comeback again to shop with her. We definitely will do just that!
If you want a Trench Coat go here. VERY EXPENSIVE Woman's purse go here. Isle shopped! Very courteous customer service.
I went into Burberry on March 31st with my girlfriend to purchase a pair of the rainbow embroidered sweatpants. The staff hardly acknowledged me when I entered the store, and followed us everywhere we went. I tried to make conversation as I shopped but the employee was clearly not interested in replying and just suspected me of wanting to shoplift. I assume this is due to my age 20, but I have no issue shopping at Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co, Coach, etc. The store was clean and well organized but the staff experience put me off of the purchase.
Always friendly, and attentive only thing is I would like to see better inventory seems like everytime I visit for something they're sold out in store.
Very good service Jon was great but for the amount of money that you pay all products should come with a bag or box.I bought a baseball cap and all he had was some tissue paper to wrap my hat in.
This place is absolutely awful, my girlfriend and I used to love Burberry, until now. I bought her a very limited wallet last year for Christmas, shortly after she left the country for school. Well shes back now, and she was beyond excited to use her new wallet. The wallet has color transfer so bad that the black on the leather rubs off onto your fingers. We bring the wallet into this store hoping it could be fixed. Annabelle said the wallet is flawless and has obviously never been used, but she has to send pictures to her manager. Later in the week Annabelle calls my girlfriend to let her know that it cannot be fixed so she can come in for a store credit or refund. We then drive 45 minutes back to Burberry, just for Annabelle to tell us the she misinformed us and we cannot get a refund, or even a store credit. Our only option is to exchange the limited wallet for something in store. No manager to speak with, shes stationed in Asheville and does not except calls during the day. Now my girlfriend is stuck with a wallet that is not even close to useable. Piss poor customer service, I refuse to buy anything from Burberry again.
