Today we went in shopping for my 14 year old. He hit a crazy growth spurt needing some new pants, and shirts. We were Covid compliant except in the dressing rooms. Super clean store. Tavari'a was able to point us in the right direction, appealing to the style my son was looking for with a perfect fit, on the first try for every outfit. The lady in the photos was a gem, and I cannot remember how to spell her name, so I won't butcher it!
We were really looking forward to getting a lot of new pairs of jeans from this Lucky store but quickly turned around. The manager with red hair insisted on yelling info at us with out a mask on when mask are mandatory. Then she insisted that my husband didn’t need the size that he has been wearing for the last two years since they didn’t have any in stock. Went to 7 for all mankind instead and had a great experience.
Aiyana sp? was amazing. Super helpful with tips for the style I wanted and the sizes that'd fit me for the lucky brand fit. Love their jeans in general and great customer service to go with it!

Words cannot express how disappointed and angry I am with this store. They did not have the jeans in my size. I had to order them from in store. They sent them to me. I tried them one and wore them for a day. The button fell off. I called the store, and they told me to bring them back in. They ordered me another set. They got the information, and they never shipped them. I didn't have my receipt and they had to put the balance on a gift card. They then threw the gift card out. I waited about a week for the jeans. I called the store, and they gave me the 800 number. I contacted the 800 number, and they said without the gift card there is nothing they can do. I am now out 120$ because they didn't do their job. I have called their corporate line, and got the same runaround. Never again will I shop there
I wish I could give no stars, this was the worst experience when it comes to ordering online. First I tried to cancel my order and I was told that after the order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed, at this time my order had not even been processed. Second, it took a week to even process the order. Third, one of the items I ordered was sold out by the time they did process my order. Had they processed my order in a timely manner maybe the item would not be sold out, or maybe a company should not sell more inventory than they have. And do not bother with the customer service people, they only reiterate what is clearly showing on your order, and they didn't even really apologize, just in a matter of fact way stated that's how it is.... really Luck Brand? This is your way of doing business?
1st time shopping at this store and was very pleased with the amount of selection... much better than Belk's. I really appreciated the clerk who helped me- she kept grabbing pairs of jeans and handing them to me to try on. Love the quality as well. Will be shopping there again!
