Monarch Hotel and Conference Center

was at the conference center and staff was so quiet and when asked where the conference center was staff rolled their eyes and pointed another staff had to correct telling me where it was didn't show me or offer.. the food was dry and very very bland and when my 95 yeAr old great great aunt asked for more water as they where filling water they ignored her even tho they where filling everyone else water at the table.. when I asked they rolled they eyes and put the water down and walked away. when they came to put food away they did it in a hurry as if to rush us out the door even tho we have 2 and half still left in our time slot. will not bring the family for a family reunion back here.. very dry very rushed very impolite

From my experience any hotel next to a freeway, airport or train station would have insulated windows. But not at Monarch Hotel….you can hear EVERY SINGLE CAR PASSING. I rented three nights to get away from remodeling at my home. Ended up staying at my own house after all. It was an offensive waste of $600 and my time. I will no longer allow our corporate cards to be used here.

Enjoyed the food and service - everyone was friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby area is a bit dark, but that is their desired ambience. That's just my comment, not a complaint. Room was clean and comfortable.Rooms: 5/5

It's also right next door to a mall and a Red Robin restaurant, as well as a Target. The bed slept ok, but the hot water was incredible. Very friendly staff.Rooms: 4/5

When checking they asked me what I had for a service animal for. It's no one business. Funny part it was a person in training asked me this and the co worker said he was new but she asked what I have my service animal for IN FRONT OF OTHER PEOPLE!! You need to train all employees on service animals. It's illegal to ask "why". So I will not be staying there even though it's close to my family. Lastly they should park thier company trucks further down the parking lot so your cash paying customers to park closer.

Love this place. Great location, Friendly staff, clean room Im not a big fan of the Brazilian food on the dinner menu just my personal choice. I only stay here where I am in town - YOU SHOULD ALSO !!!! Rooms: See above Nearby activities: See above Safety: No issues. Sheriffs office and State Patrol office is approx 1/4 mile away if needed but ALL IS GOOD HERE Walkability: Its great having a BIG Mall across the street and several restaurant choices all within walking distance Love this place

Perfectly adequate lodging but fairly outdated. The bed wasn't great and the water pressure in the shower left much to be desired.The restaurant is excellent, definitely the best thing about this place. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the conference space was good. Overall, totally ok but not great. Rooms: Somewhat outdated rooms and everything has that "this used to be a smoking room" smell. The bed was not great and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Walkability: You can walk around this area but anything worth walking to is a ways away. Food & drinks: The restaurant is excellent, definitely the best thing about this place.

The lady at the front desk was very snootie! She REFUSED my ESA! I will never stay where someone working the front desk does not care about customers. I believe it is against the law to refuse someone a room with an ESA! I took myself to a better place, where the front desk lady was very helpful and agreed with me that The Monarch lady was in the wrong!

I cannot fathom why anyone would stay here given the cleaner, cheaper options nearby. The rooms look like they were last updated in the 60s and the water that comes out of the faucets might be piped directly in from a nearby sewer. If you want to stay at a dilapidated, antiquated dump, the monarch is for you! Noteworthy details: I doubt the drinkability of the water and assure you you’ll regret staying here. Only give it a second star because it is a semi convenient location if you enjoy being directly next to a freeway.

Great staff, rooms, and the food is to die for wish I could hire the cooks Then again I'd get fat, can't have that. But for real great place. Rooms: Modern, clean and big Nearby activities: Tons of shopping, airport, river, hiking Safety: Never felt safer, great security and lighting. Walkability: Restaurants and shops in walking distance Food & drinks: Excellent
