I do like the phone appointments since I have terrible memories of the rude staff in the past.The appointment reminders help me since my memory is getting worse. Everything goes more smoothly with the phone apts and helps those who cannot drive or afford gas or a bus to make their appointments .

As a walk in I did wait a long time but recently I had 2 virtual appointments. Not a long wait at all. I prefer the virtual appointments since I dont have reliable transportation.
