Moncler

Recently brought my jacket in for repair. Moncler did a wonderful job fixing the zipper at a reasonable cost. Their customer service is fantastic with great communication. Their clothing isn't cheap but it's well worth it!

Although Moncler has beautiful winter clothing, I was a bit shocked by their return policy. No returns whatsoever. Only exchange or store credit. So buyer, beware of this.

Beautiful selection of coats sweaters ect. You can only find in boutiques

Just an amazing Experience when it comes to high end service

Its a bit intimidating going into this store if you are not used to these high end stores. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was about to spend 2000 for a winter coat and found a few small holes on the left sleeve. Still unsure if the products are worth the price. Still thinking......

The store closes at 5:30pm instead of 6pm, just beware security is really strict
