Wow!!! What an all around amazing experience! I needed to find a place to repair my push mower. A friend recommended Monroe’s. Upon dropping off my mower, I noticed how well kept the place was. The entire staff was super friendly and welcoming. The repair was also much cheaper than I was quoted from other repair shops... I went home and immediately went to town on my lawn. My mower cranked right up first pull and it ran stronger and smoother than it did when I bought it 7 years ago!! Will ALWAYS choose Monroe’s for all my repair and parts needs! You should too!!

Monroe's worked with me to get my portable generator serviced and back into working order on a very short turn around after it was clear that Hurricane Ian would come through Columbia. Very glad to have this shop's support so close to home.

This place is awesome...plain and simple. They do good work in a timely manner with solid parts for a fair price...all while offering friendly customer service. This is one of those places that you went with your grandpa as a kid. Support your local mom and pop businesses!

Monroes was awesome! I had a blown engine on a mower I purchased from Lowes after 4 months of residential use. Lowes and all of their warranty locations were worthless except Monroes. To be specific the Lowes on Sams Crossing, Hiltons and Dukes would not help at all. So unbecoming. Monroes has a new customer! Thank you!

My first time doing business with them so I give 4 stars until I do more with them. Staff was very nice and informative. I felt comfortable buying from them at their price as I felt they would be available for help and service, which I value over a few dollars savings.

They do great work at reasonable prices. They have fixed 3 different brands of lawnmowers for me. They brought my Honda mower back to life after it was submerged in the Columbia flood of 2015.

Do great repair work. Estimated 1 week repair time compared to Scag in Camden which was 3 months last time I took anything there. I will drive that 52 miles from my house for good work and turn around time.
