Horrible service.  A girl called to set up a delivery window and failed to inform me that I could get a 30 minute lead time courtesy call from the driver.  So I ended up stuck at my house for over 6 hours. The delivery window was for 4 hours and they didn't even make that happen or call me to let me know they wouldn't make that window.  I am very busy and they wasted half of my day. And to top it all off, my delivery looks like it has been through a shredder.  Four boxes arrived.  Holes punched out in one with the side coming off. One with a huge chunk of the corner of the box completely missing. One with the corner crushed in.  Gee, I can't wait to open it and see how damaged my furniture is.
