Just horrible, Corporate policy states you can open your package before signing to accept it, BUT NOT AT THIS LOCATION. They WILL NOT allow you to open the package UNLESS the box is severely damaged. Do yourself a favor and meet a driver elsewhere and not at the office location. NOW IM STUCK WITH A DAMAGED $500 ITEM!!!
