Prices are kinda fair. They have free vacuums. Tire shine did not apply on the entire wheel, it's like this for all 4wheels. The rare looked like I drove through a road after snow fall. I think from now on I'm gonna stick to washing my car myself as my old man taught me.
UPDATE: Moo Moo did reach out to me and had me bring my car back to them to use $1.00 bug wipes to wipe it down and send me through the wash again, this did not work. Regional Manager continued to not take any responsibility and told me they would not pay for my car to have this dried chemical or wax spray from their car wash professionally buffed, so again the customer is left out of pocket. I would not take me car through this car wash unless you are okay with paying for damages to your car on your own as they continue to not do right by their former customer. Please see pictures below of what happened to my car. This could have been resolved by an exterior detail to removed the dried sprayed on chemical or wax from the over priced $18 car wash that would have been almost no cost to moo moo but I was told to put it on my insurance! This company is willing to lose customers over a few dollars than do right by them, it’s sad since it’s a local company that I pride myself in staying local if possible but not in this case.
I love the moo-moo. It’s cheap, and gets the jobs done. Free vacuums. Occasionally there is a pretty long line but it always moves pretty fast. I have only had to wait for a vacuum one time in my years of going there.
Avoid this location if you can. The way the line is organized is an absolute mess with the 3 lines that merge into 1. Also, the positioning of the dryers at the end is too close/angled in a way that is prone to ripping trim pieces off of cars.
This carwash is great, i got the monthly pass for my 1997 Buick LeSabre and i don't regret it. I think my Kelley Blue Book value went up by $3. We take my dog and my sister who has dementia here to get them a dog treat. So sweet. My sister has flashbacks of WWII so this is a great place to get your carwashed and therapy at the same time! Great staff xoxoxox
Once you get the hang of the driveway setup this location is awesome powerful wash & dry+ the vacuum/detailing area isn't... claustrophobic feeling lol•‿•
I've been using Moo Moo for several years. I do the unlimited car wash. You pay one price and you can wash your car every day if you want. And you can cancel it at anytime.
Fast friendly service and many locations around Columbus and more being built. Cleans my car and tires really well and free vacuum.
It's a good enough place. The line moves quickly and all. The price for an unlimited membership is a bit steep, however. I'm not sure how to make it more worthwhile. I think if you wash your car every day it might turn out to be a bargain. Since I might wash my car twice a month if that..., I'm sure they are winning at this game! I like the fact that I can go through, my sticker is scanned & my car gets washed; that's the whole of it right there. It would probably be smarter spend the money on literally anything else. When we go broke possibly from too many useless memberships at places, this membership will be among the first to go. Until then, I'll try to go at least weekly & enjoy it while I can!
