I've been going there for a couple of years now and generally I have a good time. Last week there was a thick lady with colored hair red or purple. Can't rememberand she was mean. Very rude and unpleasant. Made me turn around and leave. It is too bad that people, on a position where they must show friendship and respect, do nothing but the opposite. I hope owners consider step up and find more qualified people. I like your place, but she is killing it.
I was in there for the first time after the back room reopen and it's is really nice is there a good time to ho when there are ladies in the back room

Every time I have been in the State St store it has been a pleasant experience. The customer service has always been top notch, especially when Crystal is working. The prices on some of the items does seem a bit excessive but over all a great place to get your stuff.
