They sold me a $72 toy that I was supposed to be able to use for interactive webcam work and the app is in Japanese and keeps shutting down when I try to add anyone or use the product with it. Owner refused to refund me after I bought $176 worth of toys and dance clothing today! Don’t shop here they will scam you! He said no refunds because it vibrates, but the product will not do the job it specifically says on the box because it is not for American use! I did not need a $72 mini vibrator! Ridiculous!

My receipt says exchanges available for defective merchandise original packaging required but they obviously don't stand behind their products. Rude staff, expensive defective products. Go elsewhere.

Good, reputable products, went in today for gifts for a large bachelor party but was told to remove my ball cap. On a snowing winter day I was asked to remove my knitted hat. I let that one pass and gave them another chance since historically I've never had a problem. However they seem to have antiquated policies about head coverings that make it difficult to support this establishment. I cover my head for many reasons and none are because I wish to conceal my identity. If people in hats scare you that much, ecommerce my be the direction to go.

I came in shopping for a bachelorette party. Michelle was the worker that day; she gave very helpful advice and was very kind. She continuously checked on us and helped us find products we weren't even aware we were looking for. The best customer service I've had at Cirellas yet. Made for a womderful shopping experience.

Hot stuff. Mostly good prices. I feel like the grab bags have kind of gone downhill though, and the sales reps don’t help very much. I get that maybe it’s kind of awkward to help someone pick out toys for the bedroom, but I mean, it is that kind of store.

Racist!!!!! I had on head covering to cover my bold scalp due to medical reasons and the manager would not let me in, i told her i couldnt take it off she said she didnt care and i told her she has no idea why i have to wear this on my head. She still didn't care, and then poonts to the sign clearly reads no sunglasses, hats or hoodies. I had none of those on and i pointed that out and she still didnt care. So now im assuming its because shes a racist. How insulting, usuaully i wear wigs. I am beyond pissed

I put in an online order it went thru my bank, changed my mind and cancelled my order, never got a refund for my return. I'm a shopper of their store and got treated like trash

Bought a pair of heels with diamonds on them and the diamonds started coming off after one use. Took them back and the lady was very rude when the situation was discussed.
