MOPHO

This is fusion. It's DELICIOUS. Sister Maypop is out of this world and I expected nothing less from this more casual spot. The flavor profile is not describable, but I absolutely love eating what I could never replicate. Ate at the bar and service was entertaining and great.

The broth and beef pho taste terrible it’s so salty I don’t recommend this place waste of money..

The wings are great! Love the hint of ginger. The pho is pretty bland. Wish there were more options like a seafood pho or a variety of vegetables instead of kale and mushroom. The shrimp poboy was ok, too. Not the best but hey, I ate it. Lol Trust me when I say, their signature sauce saved the day.

Had a great dinner at Mopho. Our server was helpful and recommended some delicious dishes. I usually don't like fusion food but was pleasantly surprised. The roasted cauliflower salad and cure all Po-Mi were my favorites!
