Moravia Meat Locker

This meat locker is under new management and they are great. You get what you want and no shortage. They'll even cut certain meats to your prefer thickness. Great group that works there and the brothers that own it are really down to earth and know a lot about the area since they are from there.

We purchased some meat from them and it's fantastic. Smoked a brisket tonight and it melts in your mouth!!

Return on our meat was very light. Only got 45% of the carcass weight.

Had a half a cow processed there and for the second year in a row the return was a little light as well as the fillets off our T-bones were CUT out, all of them! Will be posting a picture of them to their face book warning people of this later! My in-laws have had the same experience so we know its not just us. In my opinion this locker is crooked and if i were you I would travel else where to have your meat processed.
