Edward was friendly and most helpful showing me multiple pieces of luggage. He was just as friendly as I left without buying anything. I will go back to see Edward when I do make my purchase.

Went in here recently to buy my little boy a backpack and was blown away by the selection. The customer service was very helpful. I had no idea backpacks could be so complicated and he's just graduating from a little kid backpack to a "real" one so I was grateful for the help. He loves his new backpack and the price was excellent.

We bought 4 pieces of Briggs & Riley luggage for a reasonable price for our grown children's Christmas gifts. Marcela was quite helpful to us, as was the Mori manager. We are quite pleased with our experience there.

I Love it. However the prices make huge different for people who prefer quality indeed.

Gifts for the entire family various assortment of color wrappings and bows and lively energetic colors.

Good stuff. Fun to look at . Expensive help not really helpful.
