Luckily this particular restaurant doesn't close until 12am. The table service side of Morimoto closes at 10pm. If you're looking for a quick bite or quick drink, you can order off the bar menu until midnight.
Our server was really nice and cleaned up our table once we were seated. Seating after 10pm is first come first serve.
I ordered the white sake sangria. I would ask for no ice next time since the ice watered down the drink after a while.
The late night dinner menu is pretty good. They had a good selection of sushi and quick bites. We ordered a California Roll, a Shrimp Tempura, and Shumai Dumplings. The dipping sauce for the dumplings was delicious. We ordered some of that same sauce for the sushi. The California Roll was good, but nothing spectacular. The Shrimp Tempura was delicious, the dumpling sauce made a huge difference.
For a late night quick bite, it was definitely worth it. You have a nice ambiance and a nice lite meal that won't break the bank.

Wasted potential, the space is too snazzy for its own good. This is a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. I was here right after New Years 2018 (January 2nd) and the staff is a mess, tables dirty, employees unapologetic. I would have fired half the people working that day based upon what I saw. I suggest upper management do some serious reviewing of the staff and their competence. Too many people standing around and not moving with a purpose. I wonder what degenerate is responsible for the hiring? That idiot needs to be fired first. If you see dirty tables near the waiting area and there is no one at the tables clean up the damn tables. Do not seat people near uncleared tables with the smell of food scraps still present. Have some damn accountability. We waited thirty minutes for a table and it was near impossible to get a drink, missed opportunity for the restaurant. The food was actually pretty good, but the service sucked sucked sucked...

Like most Disney Spring stops it's pricey; however, Morimoto Asia stands out. Welcomed with great service (like seriously, best ever) treated with amazing food (TRY THE CALIFORNIA ROLL) and leaving with left overs....I'd highly recommend Morimoto Asia. My only complaint is that they don't have a location at home.
Btw, Aerial is a great server.

A higher end Japanese and Asian Fusion restaurant. Features takes on cuisine predominantly from Japan but also Korea and China. Fish for the sushi dishes is flown in daily from Japan and prepared in-house. Kids menu available. Decore is modern with a Japanese flare. Restrooms are clean and up-to-date. Service is good but hierarchical; runners will not bus, busboys will not take orders, wait staff can be over-taxed at times. Food was delicious and flavourful, though given the price portions were not filling; quality was high. Not a great value for money but an interesting experience all the same.

Reservation recommended!!!
Modern decor. Amazing quality food. Friendly staff.
This place has an interesting selection of cocktails and drinks. I personally loved the White Lily. Morimoto is pricey but in my opinion worth it for the experience and quality food. Staff were very helpful in selecting options to share etc. Definitely recommend getting the pork bao. Best pork I've ever tasted. Completely melted in my mouth - it really took me by surprise! I had the laksa noodles as my main which were tasty and well balanced. My only hangup would be that i would have added something a bit more salty to them. Otherwise the were quite tasty. I recommend getting the fried rice or the Salisbury steak - both were delicious. Would definitely visit again.
