Motel 6

Furniture is destroyed. Not enough towels for one person when two were booked. Refrigerator doesn't get cold. In room phone doesn't work. Bathroom door doesn't stay shut. Had to walk to front desk for a towel. Had to buy air freshener for room. If room wasn't close to venue it would get a 1 of 5.

Very disappointed! Stayed for four days during Sonic Temple. The AC unit sounded like it was preparing for take off when the compressor kicked in. When in fan only mode, that was a completely different sound! Impossible to get towels. Asked at the front desk for some. They said they would send someone up. That didn't happen. We ask one of the cleaning people that was on the floor for toilet paper and towels. I not sure he could under stand us. He did finally go to the room beside us and got a roll of TP. On day three while at the show, they did come in and make the beds. Also had to take our own trash out. Will never use this place again.

This location is very convenient, right off a major US Interstate and maybe 15 minutes from downtown. I will say this, this property is very well-lit, plenty of parking, modern decor in my room. The only downfall were sub-standard pillows. I would highly recommend taking your own pillows if you need to have full support when sleeping, just in case. There was also a $50 deposit required in addition to the nightly fee, which I wasn't thrilled about. However, the fee was refunded to my credit card within a few days as discussed by the front desk attendant.

First off train goes by every 20-30 minutes all day all night! Rooms are decent for price. However, we asked for late check out cause we are having truck issued. They gave us 30 extra minutes. But housekeeping came at 10am, then owner male came & knocked at 11 am, calls wife she confirms we have until 1130, but at 1115 he uses key and tries to come in. I had latch over so he couldn't. My husband not back with truck so I'm going to stand outside with stuff and my puppy in cold and rain.

I tried to contact Motel 6 directly and had no response. I stayed a few weeks ago and the room was beyond disgusting. There was pubic hair in the sink and tub, look to be cigarette burns and yellow colored stains on the sheets in the bed. The floor was also a disaster with dirt and absolutely disgusting. I went to go take a hot shower before I tried to get some sleep and there was no hot water. Finally I ended up leaving around 1am and continuing my trip because that room felt disgusting and I couldn’t even take a hot shower. The best thing for this location to do if the rooms are presented that dirty is close. VERY disappointing for Motel 6.

I am currently staying in room 214 while I am waiting for the apartment I am moving into to finish prepping on the 1st. This room is on the side of the train tracks that go by CONSTANTLY and wake me up at night. I work nights and tried bringing the roaches to the attention of the clerk on April 27th about 4:30 am. Roughly 30 minutes ago I went to use the restroom and saw 2 adult and 1 adolescent roach pictures to prove it in the bathroom, walked out and found two more in the main room, then squashed them. I grew up in rough environments and know how fast roaches and bed bugs spreadchecked the beds when I got here no sign of bugs I brought this to the clerks attention showing her the pictures and asking for my money back while stating I will be out tomorrow as long as I have been given a refund. I paid for a week. She responded with I will only be refunded for the time I have left and check out is at 11. I left came back to my room and found 2 more adult size roaches in the main room. I began panicking as I have a good amount of cloths, a few bags, and personal belongings that have sat here for the last 3 days while I was at work or trying to sleep. I found roaches in my bagsagain, I have pictures to prove I went back to the clerk and asked for her first name so I could include it in my feedback on this hotel. She simply told me again, that I am definitely checking out at 11 today April 27th as if I hadn't already paid an entire week.... She then shut the piece of cardboard covering the hole they speak through and walked away..... My personal belongings have bugs in them, I was treated so rudely and I was basically meant to feel I was in the wrong for wanting my money back while speaking as politely as can/showing the clerk proof of the bugs. Do not stay here. If someone's knows how to attach photos to the review/"photos" of this hotel please inform me. I will be sending them to corporate if they actually call me tomorrow like the automatic reply says it will.

just don't stay here rock hard beds cigarette burns in blankets one towel in bathroom and it was dirty Ac didn't work, no amenities to speak of one cleark on every shift.spend of few more dollars somewhere else and it wasn't exactly safe.if I had a pet raccoon I wouldn't let it stay here. Was woken up by nearby gunshots once while staying here. Otherwise decent location. Rooms weren't dirty but weren't super clean, definitely could use a bit more attention. Staff was very friendly. Other reviews are right about the train, though, it's very loud at all hours of the day even on the other side of the building!Rooms: 3/5

This hotel deserves not one star!! Stay clear from this hotel as long as the young lady is working the front I think she's the wife she is a rude person & doesn't care about anyone unless money is being handed to her !! My brother asked to pay another night was told NO U HAVE CHECK OUT AND CHECK BACK IN FOR ANOTHER NIGHT! when the man came in he was polite and nice and said yes no problem the problem was the women was horribly rude my brother was at work asked to come pay for the room at lunch told him no be out at 11 and check back in kicked us out and the vending machine took my dollar I went to ask about it she told me why are you in the vending room!! Why are you still here u checked out at 11 Leave the premises NOW! & it was only 11:18am at the time & told me I wasn't getting the deposit because it was in my brother's name to have him come pick it back up like really!! I showed my ID & proof of him saying pick the deposit up too & wouldn't.. the rooms was not clean they literally spend 15 mins in the room making beds with the same sheets that someone used and taken the trash out but left spit and water splattered on the mirror sticky stuff all over the tables the night stands had dirt all in the cubby & cigarette ashes under the beds have dirt pieces of trash and tons of other stuff under it the floors turn your socks BLACK they don't even clean those the toilet was dirty as well.the sheets had stains and dirt in the bed along with the blankets i used my own including my own pillows because their pillows was very very thin & hard ...... I tried being nice because I needed to stay & cleaned it myself but I will not spend another dollar there as long as that women is working there the man needs to take her off the face of his business she's making him & the business look horrible!!! I spent well over 300+ & that's how you speak to someone & treat a paying customer that always paid on time or hours before check out & was quite & respectful through the whole episode.... SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO ELSEWHERE sorry to the nice gentleman that was very polite & let us pay for another night without issues but sir you need to fire that women & get someone that's really nice even if the person isn't handing her money & understanding like you... if there's a issue she's horrible but handing her money she's nice & that's not right!!.how was the hotel experience all together ?? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT WOMEN IS HORRIBLE! loud from the train right behind it never again!!! Zero stars Rooms: Dirty neat to the far eye until you scfually look or get close to the tables or beds Noteworthy details: Horrible customer service with the women she needs fired IMMEDIATELY!!! The nice gentleman was amazing thank you sir for your kindness & understanding the young woman shame on you for putting a bad face on the man's business ....

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days when I arrived in checked in it was pretty decent when I got my room key and went to my room that’s when things went left my first room was a mess the refrigerator was leaking badly water was everywhere the tv and the outlets didn’t work the microwave was broken and the bed was a mess like somebody had just checked out than when I got to the second room nothing has been wiped down floors were dirty refrigerator was very dirty we had to clean it out ourselves room service was bad we ask for new sheet because the one we had were dirty and had burn holes and front desk told us we had to wait till the next morning to get some new ones barley could get any sleep because trains kept coming around every time 10-15 minutes
