The customer service and sales staff are amazing!! They went out of their way for my sales to happen today. I got a great trade in value for my old bike so I could happily purchase a 2024 Indian Rogue Scout!! Kudos to the excellent customer service from Jen Wheeler and her amazing staff. Brandon in accessories, Mike in sales and of course I closed the deal with Ryan. I am beyond pleased with the buying experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family! You guys and gals rock!

Everyone here is great. I called a week ago looking for something they didnt have but the sales woman was wonderful at pointing me where to go. This week I called about a youth helmet and riding gear, I spoke to Brandon and he said to bring my kiddo in and he would help me make sure we got the right stuff. When I got in this afternoon, I was on a time crunch as well as a budget crunch. He helped me to find a helmet that fit her well and was within my price range. He also had great recommendations for gear to help protect her on the dirt bike as this is her first time to have a bike. He was able to help me find everything I needed and got me out the door in time to get across town to get my other kid. I am so appreciative and thankful. I will 100% be back when I need more stuff... also, they had some sweet bikes and jackets.... gotta go back for one of those sometime.... Thank you Brandon for the help! - Wendy

I came to check out a Yamaha R7 and had the pleasure to talk with Garrison about it. He went over things and answered any questions I had. There’s an incredible amount of bikes there. Everyone I spoke to were nice and approachable. Decided to buy one and they made the process really quick, easy and detailed. Came back to pick it up and Garrison loaded it all up for me into my truck by himself and showed me what to do. Great experience overall!

I have purchased my third bike from here, and if that does not show how good they are nothing will. From Mike C who directs and allows his team to work to a common theme of customer service. That Team Jennifer Excellent RyanExcellent, to service bending and flexing to get my bike to me before Memorial Day weekend. Unreal display of common goal thru out the team and with the ultimate product Indian Motorcycle winners every time. I would not have purchased the Bikes I have without this team, and I dont want to leave out Anthony as he brought Mike into this. Dan in Manchester helped me with my purchase of my GSXR-750, and let me tell you that this was the easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. I was treated fairly and not bullied around. The bike had to be transferred from North Chelmsford to Manchester and it was a fairly quick transfer. Once I went to pick up the bike, I was even brought to the service department where they went over what my bike looked like when they inspected it, and what the maintenance schedule would look like for the future. I would absolutely buy from MOMs again.

Had a great experience purchasing a new bike through Mom's. The staff was very knowledgeable. I worked with Dan, who was fantastic. He made sure to keep me updated even after we put in the order and he was quick to respond when I had questions. The whole process was smooth from start to finish.

I have been looking at the Scout 101 and just happened to be in the area from VT. Demo day was happening. Everyone at MOM’s were so much fun and helpful. Looking forward to picking up of my new Scout 101.
