Just purchased a tapered to sealed wheel bearing conversion kit. Great quality, Timken bearings, exact fit as expected. I put a note in my order to please ship as soon as possible. That's exactly what they did. Ordered late on Wednesday afternoon, shipped Thursday Morning, arrived Friday in the late afternoon that's on UPS, they don't deliver to my house until then, even though they drive by my road before 11am What more can you ask for?

Top quality parts. Was sent the wrong axle kit by mistake. A couple emails later they had an exchange for the correct one in the works from scratch and sent out within a week. Kit fit perfectly very happy. I did try to call them and couldn't get through as others have stated, but all communications via email were responded to within 24 hours and the issue was resolved right away, very reasonable. Thx!

Ordered conversion kits to swap out old timken bearings. Couldn’t be happier. Awesome quality pieces. Also a thumbs up to fedex, my parts showed up 5 days early, impressive for cross continent shipping.

I ordered from Switzerland in four working days my order was there! all the material seems perfect at first i was a little apprehensive about the bad reviews on google but honestly the staff always answered my questions they were super nice and super fast! I highly recommend.

Do not do business with these people. They will immediately take your money with no parts in stock. When you call to check the status of your order the phone just rings and rings. They will not respond to voicemail or email. And when they do answer they tell you that are taking the garbage and don't have time to talk. They said my parts shipped on a Monday but I never got a shipping # until Thursday. I did get my parts but 4 weeks later. This is not the place to do business with. And if the owner gets this message I hope they respond to it, because I have much more to say!!!

I highly recommend giving your business to Motorway Engineering. Best price I could find, manufactured 2 hours from my home and the fitment/quality is top notch. They got back to all my emails right away and even modified their product to fit my needs at no additional cost to me. I have never felt this kind of support from someone I didn't know personally in the motorcycle industry. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Planned a summer long dream trip to head west and get married. Planned to leave May 15th but we wanted to modify the bike first. Ordered parts 4/10/21. No parts or communication for 5 weeks, so called to check on order 5/19/21. Informed that they were going to call us about finish style availability. We agreed to go with their suggestion. Was told order was likely in the shop ready to order and we’d get a call back in a day or two with confirmation. Fast forward to late June - nothing. No parts, no emails, nothing. I filed a complaint with my Harley card and they refunded me while investigating. Still nothing. Parts were delivered 7/12/21. No communication. No refund or offer to make it right. Nothing. I understand custom parts take time. But time for production does not excuse terrible customer service. This company has still not responded to any communication since May. I’m disgusted with them. If we could have found these parts ANYWHERE ELSE, we would have. So unless you absolutely cannot find a similar part somewhere else, buyer beware, this company sucks at basic business courtesy.

Don't waste your time. Waiting almost 2 weeks for a tracking number, the bigger problem is I've sent 3 emails requesting an update with no response, and I've called several times, there phone just rings and rings then goes to a generic mailbox similar to your homie. After reading other reviews now I'm expecting a similar response to other complaints from the owner, "We didn't have it in stock, WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM US AFTER 2 MONTHS!" How about updating your site in the first place to reflect in stock items and long lead times, more importantly COMMUNICATION, respond to an email, answer your phone, get a vm that reflects your an actual company and not the dump truck you are!

Very difficult company to get a hold of or get truthful information from. Tried to purchase a set of triple trees twice with this company. The first time they were out of stock and was told they would be back in stock within three weeks, a few months later I had to go through PayPal in order to get a refund. Tried again this past month, this time with a set that was listed in stock. Called a week after I ordered and was told it would shop that afternoon...a week later i received an e-mail saying my order was cancelled with no explanation and I would receive a refund. It’s a real shame because this company looks like it makes real high quality parts and at a great price but none of that matters if the customer never receives them.
