Dr. Mott is a wonderful physician and she really cares about her patients. I know that she is extremely busy but she doesn't show that in the exam room. She takes her time and explains things in a way that I can understand, answers all my questions and even provides additional educational resources to ensure that I'm informed to make the best decisions about my health. I trust her completely with my health and well- being!
I have been a patient of Dr. Mott for over 30 years she delivered my oldest child and delivered her 3 kids. It has been a blessing to have her as our doctor she's patient and gives you the time you need on your appointments. She's both of my girl doctor and they are very pleased with her as well. I pray for Dr. Mott that God will continue to bless her. strength
I have been a patient of Dr. Mott for over 20 years. The service I receive is superb. I’m still living today because of her thoroughness! Yes, the wait can be lengthy but when a Doctor is as thorough with each patient as Dr. Mott you can expect a lengthy time. One thing I can say Dr Mott and her staff truly cares about their patients. If I could give Dr. Mott and her amazing staff more than 5 stars I would. I will be a patient of Dr. Mott until she retires.
Dr. Mott has been my OBGYN for close to six years now. I came to see her back then when I needed help a lot of help. From day one, she encouraged me and told we would come to a solution. Since then, my health has drastically improved under her care. Dr. Mott even called me yesterday after hours because I sent in a question through the MyChart portal. She truly cares about her patients, and I thank God for her. The wait might be long to see her, but it is worth it!
The process of finding an obgyn has been tedious and exhausting. So Dr. Wanda Mott's office has sent me a bill and I simply went for a Well Women's exam. If I wouldve known that speaking on anything would get me coded and having to pay $116.57 I wouldve kept my mouth shut and not mentioned ANYTHING!!! This is sad how are you going to charge me for mentioning my family history in a wells womens exam. If this wouldn't go on my credit report I wouldn't pay this bill. I'm boderline considering how long I can go without paying this bill. On top of that my appotinment was at like 245 I didn't get seen until like 530 I should've left like I wanted to and maybe I wouldn't be owing $116.57. Dont get me wrong she was very nice and attentive but everything else outweighs that. Now the search for a new obgyn continues.
Customer service issue here. My appointment was scheduled a year in advanced. The night before my appointment around 5 pm I get a call that my appointment must be rescheduled, because Dr. Mott has surgery. I already took time off work and this is not the first time this has happened over the years. Okay, why did I not get a call earlier, so I could make other arrangements. My insurance sky rockets if I miss my Well Woman exam and do not have it within a certain timeframe. This not the first time my appointment has been pushed back and I am told I must call back to see if there is an opening earlier than what I am rescheduled. I feel they should make every effort to get me in that day or the next day by making the effort to get me in and not have me calling all day to see if there are any cancellations. The staff is cynical and seems to act as if my situation is not important. I understand there may be others with more serious needs and I don't mind making other arrangements, but I don't like being treated as if it is my problem if my insurance goes up. The constant rescheduling over the years is pushing my annual exams closer to my deadline date to get it done. Very frustrated because Dr. Mott is a better doctor than the customer service reflects.
The worse practice ever. I was referred to Dr.Mott through a friend. She said she was super thorough and detail and highly recommended. I have yet to experience any of that. Between the lack of professionalism at the front desk, the ordering of things that were not my concern, the hour long waits this is absolutely the worse obgyn. Please don’t waste your time with this doctor.
I heard many wonderful things about this physician and have even been referred to her by nurses who were patients of Dr. Mott throughout their pregnancies. However, her receptionist was extremely RUDE and curt. I told her this was my first and I did not understand the process and she was not helpful. She did not make me feel welcomed to this practice or at ease. At the end of the intake call she pretty much hung up in my face and I felt as if I was a waste of her time when I told her I was still researching. As much as I would have loved to be treated by Dr. Mott I couldn’t bear the thought of having to deal with her receptionist for the next 8 months. If you can withstand the front desk attitude, I’ve been told plenty of nice things about the doctor. My hormones are raging so I’m too sensitive right now for bad attitudes so I ended up going elsewhere.
Dr. Mott and her staff are amongst the most caring and knowledgeable group of medical professionals I have ever come across. I had several doctors prior to her encourage me to get a hysterectomy. She was my last hope after having several doctors tell me there was nothing that could be done. Long story short I did not need a hysterectomy and I’m currently pregnant. She is a walking encyclopedia and yes you will wait sometimes very long in her office for her. But she is absolutely worth the wait.If you want the best care and comfort and knowing you are being take care of by one the best doctors in her field then do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Dr. Mott!
I love Dr. Mott - she is very thorough! She is straight and to the point. She has always made time to listen, to chat, to make me feel comfortable. She has a very kind and gentle Soul! She gives her patients 110% every visit. All of my procedures medications was discuss, planned and carry-out effectively and efficiently! She is well worth the wait. Nobody can be good at everything - but she is worthy ~ of whatever others find her or her office not to be so good at.
