AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have crazy feet and I'm new to skiing so it was hard for me to really know what I needed and what I wanted. I knew rental boots hurt. I went in and got great service and a new pair of ski boots then hit the mountain the next day. SOMETHING WAS REALLY WRONG! They took the boots and put me in rentals so I could ski that day and then they ordered different boots in for me. Turns out my feet are really different. So two inserts and a shim later I have THE MOST COMFORTABLE BOOTS IN THE WORLD. It just took time, knowledge, and the caring of the staff at Mountain Sports. I CAN'T THANK THEM ENOUGH!!!

I purchased a trek for my 11 year old and the sales person gave helpful advice and good recommendations. The bike came in early and we have enjoyed riding together since. The service technicians provide good prompt service at a fair price. I am very satisfied with Mountain Sports.

Great place for outdoor gear and expert help. Our family has bought several high end mountain bikes from them and also skis! They even set up a pair of AT skis for me.

I popped in for fuel, which they don't stock. The person who helped me gave directions to a store that does stock it. Very friendly and helpful. Wish I could have bought something!
