Sportsman's Warehouse

I made a purchase for $105.00 at this store and sportsman's warehouse double charged me. This normally isn't a problem with most other retail stores, but they have been fighting me on issuing a refund for my money for the last 4 days. Between my family, my friends and I we have spent thousands of dollars at this store every year. I am very unimpressed by the managements response to what should be an easy fix. I have talked to the district manager, customer service and store managers. All have told me something different but none of them will issue a refund of my money. Today is 4/11/2018 and this is still on going. I am suggesting to all of my friends and family, and anyone who reads this to stop shopping here. At the end of the day its not about the money its the principle of the matter. Sportsman Warehouse took $105.00 from me and I have nothing to show for it. I have had to spend hours at my bank and on the phone with them fighting to get what is rightfully mine back. As a loyal customer of more than ten years I honestly expected more out of this company.

I try to make it here every time I am in Casper to stock up on ammunition, parts, actually whatever I need. I can find things here that I would have to order on-line. Picked up some black powder revolver nipples that I have been looking for for over a year. Also found some small hide stretchers that I thought I was going to have to make myself. I have ordered this size stretcher from my local sporting goods store and was told they could not get them. Very well informed and courteous staff. This is an excellent place for the sportsman to find whatever is needed.

They have good prices. They give a 5% veteran discount. They are very friendly and helpful. They have the best firearms prices in town. They are very knowledgeable, and if they don't know an answer they find the correct answer in a timely manner. They are well stocked many options for the shopper. They are able to get special orders for the customer.

They've always had what I went in to buy or look at. Can't say that about many big box stores but this store's management definitely has a finger on the pulse of local hunting and fishing.

Just bought a fly rod, reel, and line set up from them. Prices were good, and Kerry (the store member who helped me) was amazing!! One of many positive experiences here.
