I have been seeing Dr. Tony now for about 4 months and my overall health has never been better. I went in to see him with some lower back pain I thought was from lifting my sons and sleeping on an old mattress. Within about 5 minutes he had found the cause and proposed a plan to alleviate it. With his help over the first month of altering my diet and getting tune-ups from Dr. Tony I felt great! He continues to provide excellent insight into my overall well-being and I am now a healthier and happier person because of it.

I was brought to Dr. Tony very early in march. I was just able to make it through the door, walking was a major challenge and very painful. Both of my hips were out of their sockets and my lower back was just sheer agony, and I was on very strong prescription painkillers. After my first visit I felt so amazing I cut down right away to levels I never thought possible. After my second visit I was completely off of them. My pain was very mild and very tolerable, I no longer needed a cane to walk, the process is not difficult or hard on you. This isn't a back popper or a one trick wonder. He has so many different methods available he isn't limited or constantly having to send you elsewhere for treatments as others do.  I never walked into Mountain Spring Health without being greeted by Barbara and her great smile. Its wonderful being around people such as her and Dr. Tony, they care and that makes a world of difference. Dr. Tony listens to your concerns, and finds the cause and more importantly repairs it. He doesn't try to mask anything, he is not going to pump you full of drugs and send you on your way. He will, with your cooperation and positive attitude find the issue and find away to heal you. Everything is explained and no question is ever unwelcomed,  Twenty eight days after I arrived in Portland I had my last visit to Dr. Tony I was sad to be leaving however, I was not sad about being able to run, about having no pain, about having been treated by Dr Tony and Barb.  I can only give my best recommendations you will wish you went there sooner. I have had this issue for years and have never felt this great. Turns out living without pain is possible, I didn't know what I was missing. I honestly thought I would live with this for the rest of my life. I cannot thank you enough Dr. Tony, my friend.

I used to think that chronic knee, ankle, hip, and back pain were normal after my various sports injuries. And after living in China for 3 years, regular nausea and digestive issues seemed reasonable, too. But when my ability to handle stress reached an all-time low and getting myself out of high-stress situations did not help, I realized something was not right.  Luckily, I started working for Dr. Tony and began receiving treatment from him at the start of 2012. The changes were subtle at first, but over the past few months, I finally noticed that my knees and ankles no longer hurt after several hours of running. My back pain is mostly gone. I don't have any digestive issues or nausea unless I eat the things I am allergic to. The best part was that I had not realized the full effect of my physical problems on my mental/emotional health until I was free of physical pain. Suddenly, everything in my life makes more sense. I can move forward instead of being stuck in the past. I can now see what I want and how to get there. I have the energy to be the person I want to be. It's too cliche to call him "life-changing", but I can't think of a better way to put it. Dr. Tony has changed my life.

This is an incredible healer. Dr Tony is a well educated experienced doctor. People that do not understand these methods need to be open to possibilities because they really work. Research the education naturopathic doctors get. Dr Tony has even more. Understand and get to know this perspective and change your life. I have had great results with Dr Tony in so many areas. It feels like magic because it is so effective and no meds are involved like a prescription that you have horrible side effects from. I was diagnosed with some very uncomfortable auto immune disease and after seeing Dr T it’s gone! Just magically gone. He is very kind and caring, helpful and healing. I recommend him to anyone needing to be healed.

I went to see Dr. Tony somewhat reluctantly on the advice of a friend. After the initial check-up/consultation I was impressed by the insights Dr. Tony gained through his AK method but a bit dismayed by the lengthy course of treatment he anticipated. I decided to follow through and have not been disappointed. There have been no miracles, but little by little, step by step, I feel as if the treatment is getting to the root of physical and emotional issues that have been simmering for decades. The aches and pains and creaks and cracks I thought were part of 'getting old' are gradually easing and my emotional burdens steadily lightening. After decades of neglecting my health I feel that just a few months with Dr. Tony has already helped me immensely!

My favorite part is when I've been a rockstar at following Dr. T's recommendations and it really shows at the next treatment and his enthusiasm for my improvements makes me know we're a team.  He celebrates your successes with such earnest and is able to empathetically troubleshoot challenges so adroitly that I understand how athletes love their really great coaches. They are able to call out the best that already resides in you, even when you don't think it's there, he can see it and believes in you. Having that support has made all difference in finally getting changes I've attempted in the past to become permanent lifestyle improvements. Dr Tony Murczek is a phenomenal doctor. This is a one stop shop for acupuncture, nutrition, herbology, homeopathy, naturopathic manipulation, and lifestyle coaching.  It is not uncommon for him to use all modalities in one visit and charge as though he only provided one.  You cannot get better value from any other doctor in the area!  He combines a rabid thirst for knowledge, a powerful education, and the loving intent of a family member into every heartfelt clinical decision.  I trust my life to Dr. Murczek and am thankful he accepted me as his patient.

Thank you very much Dr. Tony with Mountain Spring Health Clinic! With the Docs help I was able to recover from a severely sprained ankle in just over 2 weeks! Acupuncture, blood letting, chiro, homeopathic medicine, and chinese herbs. Feels great to be treated with such excellent care. I am already back to my usual climbing, biking, massaging self!

With Dr. Tony's help I have been able to make strides towards optimum health that I thought I would never reach - in fact, I'd had a former MD tell me that what ailed me was just part and parcel of being in my mid 50's. Luckily I didn't accept that diagnosis - too much was going wrong while I appeared, by the numbers, to be healthy. Then why the pain and strength loss on my left side? Why chronic heart "thumps" and "jumps"? Why weight gain despite a good diet and consistant exercise? Why emotional pain despite long term us of antidepressents, yoga, meditation? Oh, I had so much to learn and it turns out Dr. T was the one to be my teacher. I also knew that I wanted to be weaned from Prilosec and the Antidepressent I had been taking for over 18 years. With Dr. T's direction, support, patience and kindness I have seen great improvement in my overall health but even more importantly I am understanding where to look when I am not feeling 'up to par'usually I can find the answer s in my diet.
