Laura has been amazing with her assistance in planning our family trip this summer. Planning a Disneyworld vacation can be quite intimidating, and I reached out to Laura as soon as I realized this. She has made the planning process so easy by providing guidance and advice each step of the way. We are all lined up to go this July and have no concerns or Disney anxiety heading into it, and this is because of Laura! Working with Mouseketrips to plan our Disney vacation could not have been easier. We were contacted the same day for a quote and were matched with Laura Buehner. I highly recommend this service as a trip to Disney is not so easy anymore. From dining plans, advanced dining reservations to fast passes these travel agents know Disney inside and out! Laura was always available to talk or email and she was very prompt in answering all of our questions. She was able to give us recommendations tailored to what we wanted to do. What was so nice was you could tell she loved planning Disney vacations and she was a joy to work with. We literally put on our magic bands and didn’t have to worry about anything else because we knew Laura already took care of it. You get 5 stars from me when the travel agent gets up at 4am their time to book the ADR for us. Oh and it’s all FREE! You cannot beat the value of what Mouseketrips can offer for an amazing trip to Disney. I look forward to the day when I can work with Laura to plan the next one.

My trip planner was Dana Kidd, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive, and was very patient with me every step of the way. She knows the parks inside and out which made booking fast passes more efficient. And she was available to partially reschedule a trip the day before departure due to a late season snow storm that caused a flight cancellation. I would highly recommend her, and will book with her the next time my family goes to Florida. Thanks for everything!

Dana was terrific in helping us navigate the planning for our trip. She was always fast and accurate in replies to our questions. We will definitely look to her in the future when we are planning a Disney trip.
