I am so grateful to Mr. Copy King! Am in NYC for a few days. Needed a few comic books quick! Was able to get the copies and assemble books right in the shop! Thank you so much to Mark, Charles, and Sha!

The worst customer service ever. Sent a very detail job in via email. Never responded and no follow up telephone. When I called the shop to speak with someone the owner answered and told me that I had to call and follow up it’s not their responsibility because they get too many emails. Had I placed my order with Staples or Kinkos it would have been ready on time and they would have followed up with me. This is not the first time of this. What is the purpose of having a email address for ordering purposes.

Very professional staff good product and prices

Horrible horrible horrible!! I had been going there for years doing shirts for my mother. And every year I trusted it enough to go in and get better service. Instead I got ripped off, a few rude responses on my inquiries and shirts and sweaters I never liked.

Poor customer service just asked for a email over the phone hung up then placed me on hold for almost a half n hours and now I showed up and the guy still in my face being disrespectful telling me it is what it is when I explained that the customer service he is providing no good the person that referred me should’ve told me about the way he talks to ppl cause he never know if we might meet up some place else

The owner is a very great person and provided quality customer service.
