After loosing my package and lying to me for 5 days straight and 3 different customer service representatives, I was offered to pick it up instead for $7.99 fee I accepted and paid, came to pick it up and now, I am getting run arounds telling me it is not here and they can't help! Noone even trying to help! They just smile and say can't help you and walk away! Yall are a bunch of thiefs!!! Not the first time My package gets "lost" DO NOT USE UPS ESPECIALLY THIS FOSTER AVE LOCATION!!!
UPS stole my package it shows delivered on 9:56 but appeared on website delivered at 2:15pm all that time someone was at the door waiting for the driver but no driver shows up. UPS is legally in business to steal packages. shame on you UPS if your drivers not getting enough salary tell them to collect food stamps and stop stealing others packages if driver was at my door at 9:56 why dint i see it and your truck GPS must shows he was at my street on cropsey ave 11214 but some how he decide to scan on 2:15pm check his GPS where he was at that time. i talk to the UPS but she did not call back
The absolute worst! The communication is poor, driver ‘attempted’ to deliver but nobody rang the bell even though the package was to be signed for. Customer service was not helpful either.
The worst delivery service in the world! First time delivery with no phone call at all just leave a notes that we missed you,second time they even said we can’t deliver to the ups access point that you request! I paid 10bucks for that , all right I went to the facility to pick it up by myself. With all the proof that can shows I am the receiver, the guy still can’t let me to pick up my package. wondering how is this business kept running until now …..
I would literally give UPS 0 stars if I could!!!! They sent me a notification that they’ve attempted to deliver my package and delivery man never came to my door or knocked or left a slip. I’ve called UPS over 10 times and no one can help me. The representatives told me they would send a message to dispatch as high priority and someone would call me back! I never Got a call back. I never got a response and the package was not left at the access point like the notification stated. I literally Would not recommend UPS to anyone ! Worse customer service ever.
terrible service. My order was not delivered to me, allegedly due to the fact that the address is incorrect. after long attempts, I managed to get through to them and asked to leave my order at the nearest ups point, for this they charged an additional $ 7 from my bank card and then they said that they could not change my address and that I would have picked up my order at this address, but there nothing helped me, in the end I don’t know where my order has already been paid for and none of the ups can help me.
This UPS customer service is worst i just can’t believe how i have to call them n request to deliver after 4 pm like 4 times And still its not delivered And then the customer service is worst. Neither they help or find solution nor they care about the service. And i still don’t have my package This is by far the worst UPS CENTER . No one is listening to these complaints . They are rude and inconsiderate
Did not delivery my package. I live on the other side of the city. I was waiting at home for two days for my package. Did not deliver it but on the website showed that last attempt was made. Guys please work!!!!!
The drivers tht works at this locations steals your packages ..have my Nike sneaker stolen today ..says delivered I’ve been home waiting all day ..your drivers and workers need to be screened stop hiring broke bums of the street ..I am not letting this go easily !
Terrible customer service, delivered my package to a wrong address as I'm writing this I'm having to write up a claim because they have evidently lost the package. The supervisor/managers in this location were very rude and inconsiderate over the phone and kept hanging up on me. I absolutely wouldn't trust this company ever again. They have become thieves and liars.
