Great experience every time! Gentlemen that handles,out going packages! Is excellent kind,patient! Wonderful experience!

The pick up process is much easier the my previous visits. The customer entry is on 105 not Foster and the guards will remind you of that, not sure if you can still drive in because the truck use the same entrance. Yet, if you must pick up or signature is required then redirect your package for pickup at this facility.

The UPS drivers at this location ALWAYS leave packages either at the wrong address or outside the front door even though the instructions clearly stated to leave the packages in the mailroom. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
