US Post Office

The workers at this post office are thieves, I've been waiting on a package for weeks now, then finally on February 15 I got an email stating said package was returned to the post office because of "incorrect address" liesssss that was never an issue in the past untill now.. The package in question is a luxury item.. and all of a sudden it's incorrect address smh, it was supposed to be redelivered the next business day after the address was confirmed correct, and I've yet to receive it, and no one has answers!!

I went at 8:45am before they were scheduled to open at 9am just to get ahead of any potential line. At 9:06 they were still not open and a line of at least 7 people had already begun to form. Upsetting!

Why is there only one person on the window here? And everyone is complaining there’s always only one person at the window. The line is out the door. Unacceptable

Understaffed, but staff is courteous and maintains a real neighborhood friendliness. They do what they can do with the tools and people a available to them. Some people in line are jerks, but that is not the staff's fault. Early mornings early in the week is usually low to no waiting time.

I prefer to use this post office instead of Rugby. Yes, it's understaffed and sometimes slow like all post offices in 11203, but overall my experiences here have been good.

My local post office.... Went there no stamps, husband went there no money orders.. Today they were closed, and they said they would be back by 4:30 PM . It was 4:35 PM This is not the first time and I went there and it was closed during business hours. I think it is one of the worst post offices in NYC, and of course, they service a black community.

Worst post office ever, expect to be in here for atleast 1 hour to ship or drop off. Clerks extremely rude. Clerks go on break whenever in the middle of a long line.

I would give it 0 stars if I can. So I run an company so I print my own label's that I pay for in advance. So I go to just drop it off in the quick drop window and one of the works say I can't do that and I have to wait in line. Mind you for the last 2 months I have been doing quick drops there.I hate when employees make up there own rules and what post office don't provide that service.

I appreciate this post office and it's workers who have been there for years and do their jobs efficiently, I only wish they were open on Saturdays.

Words can't begin to describe how awful this post office is. They have lost 3 items of mine that have resulted in the loss of hundreds of dollars of merchandise for my online business. Their staff routinely delivers packages to the incorrect addresses, and management is equally ineffective in terms of customer service. I have heard countless stories/complaints from other residents in the neighborhood of lost mail/packages and absolutely ZERO assistance from management in terms of recovering the lost item besides filing a claim online. This post office branch is also notoriously understaffed. If you ever come in with a simple task or request mailing an letter/package, stamps, etc. be prepared to wait upwards of 30+ minutes for your request to be fulfilled. Word of advice: If you can, avoid this post office. Better yet, have your mail and important packages delivered to your work place.
