Good customer service it takes about 3-4 weeks for my shipment to reach Trinidad this without delays. Even if there was problems they notified me and my family if they would be a delay. Only had a problem with the ports in Trinidad wasn't TT express shipping fault.
I’ve been shipping with this company since 1989, I have always received courteous and great service they go above and beyond to satisfy all their customers.
I have been shipping with them for well over a year and zero issues. Never thought to write a review until they went out of their way to make sure my 3 additional barrels made it in the container leaving port, on very short notice. Mission complete.
The Young lady that attended to me was very kind professional and attentive. They do not collect shipping items at the office. Go straight to Liberty Avenue in East New York .
Have been shipping with this company for the past 20yrs service is getting so bad it is not funny, they would not even let u speak to A supervisor barrel has been shipped five weeks ago cannot even get any paperwork on it. Time to get a new shipping company
