US Post Office

Actually one of my best USPS experiences. The line was short, and the clerk dispatched my 6 boxes quickly. All of them contained live plants, and all arrived all over the country safe and sound. Thank you!

Didn’t think that I would ever write a review about a postal office. But this was above and beyond… absolutely terrible experience! Unprofessional and rude staff who have the decency to yell at customers if they asking simple questions or attempting to find out which envelope they need for international letters. I mean, I’m not kidding - they yelled at the lady who didn’t fill out custom’s clearance form prior to approaching a window. USPS should be ashamed that their service is represented by these unqualified and angry employees.

The customer service is horrible. Got screamed at by the Asian lady before asking for a receipt. She screamed at me before I left too, couldn't make out what she was saying because of the window.

Today I was in a line for about 25 minutes when I went up to a window, Racist Asian lady was very rude, then she said this is not russia I have nothing in common with Russia and I should have written "From" at the top and "To" at the bottom which absolutely doesn't make any difference even if the places are swapped on the piece of paper and are still easily fixable but she then handed me back my package and told me to try again!!!! Absolutely the worst type of "human being" who should not be accepted to work at any place!!!!

Extremely rude people and they will talk like you are the criminal. they really need grooming classes, usps should fired the black lady who works there,Extremely dissatisfied.

Not use to give review but I believe that it is the best way to have the manager of the place know who they are working with... A worker picture below was screaming at an old lady saying that she has her own hours and she does whatever she wants. She therefore couldn't answer to a simple question such as "where to drop off a letter" but able to scream that it's not her hours!! We understand everyone can have a bad day but c'mon... some respect

I have the utmost respect for people who work for the USPS. I know it can be daunting to work with difficult customers day in and day out. And yet, I genuinely feel concerned about what’s going on here— I have watched staff yell at old people and folks who speak English as a second language. I myself have had to assist folks in filling out forms because the staff has so little patience for people in this neighborhood. The lines are still confusing and staff spent 5 minutes yelling at customers about where to stand, including an elderly woman in her 80s. The clerk yelled at me For the life of me, I can’t understand why this clerk couldn’t just say something a little more patient — you don’t need to be nice, just decent, is all!!! And let’s not yell at the elderly??! What if those were your parents and grandparents being treated that way!? I understand that we all have lots of stress and even that workers may need to blow off some steam from time to time — all I ask is that they have an OUNCE more patience with their community members so that I don’t feel panicked every time I need to mail something or have a question.

So 5min ago the door bell rang, i opened it and i went downstairs to “just check” as i am waiting for amazon delivery. I see the lady with the mail from usps getting ready to leave telling me, take the slip out of ur mail box. Omg! She was a mad, rude lady! I swear! She was like why u didn’t answer? I said “i did open to you!” She said NO! U were supposed to tell me you are home” ARE U SERIOUS?!?! SINCE WHEN?!? That could be anyone ringing as it actually happens aaall day long and no one uses that speaker in these old buildings! So u lazy to leave it or come upstairs TAKING THE ELEVATOR! And watch me after looking for that mail!!! But excuse me, she was mad and yelling like i made her wrong lunch today!!! I hate when these ppl come out of the house ti just ruin everyone’s day! I leave on Ocean ave between H and I.

Racist , rude people if you don’t like your job qut that it why you would stay is something you don’t like for the rest of your life and give the costumer a bad time every single time I came to this place is a nightmare the old black lady and the younger Blanca lady all are rude also the woman who take the visa appointment she is racist and rude and they are still working is this place even when everyone on the app talk about this I just don’t understand why usps still keep those workers
