US Post Office

This location is usually pretty empty so the wait is under two minutes. Staff are friendly. The outside area with the mailers and boxes could be a little cleaner and organized.

They are very nice there. Not crowded. The only problem is they had no stamps. I was able to mail my packages

It is quite unfortunate that our neighborhoods are taken for a joke. Today I was in this postal office and Janice was extremely rude. The employees here are not afraid to give you their name and advise you on how to complain even circling the survey at the bottom of receipts. The gates were also down on one side of the building so if you walk from a certain direction it looks closed. It was 1:40pm on a Tuesday. I do understand most agencies are short handed but honestly for employees to act in the manner Janice did, is not acceptable. They even proceeded to leave their area and came out to the customer area to exchange words in a sneaky manner. When questioned , they said they were doing something. I don’t write things to take jobs from anyone. I honestly hope it is a learning tool on customer service and ettiquette. We are living in a pandemic- polite & courteous customer service is the least that can happen .

Because the shutters are down on several occasions on one side, Yes, it can be deceptive. For the most part my experience has been decent. Community members should advocate this location remaining in our community however, as there is conversation/debate regarding closing some locations. The Post Office is an Integral part of how we transport/receive documents, packages, personal and business wise. It also serves to permit individuals to vote when unable physically to do so!

I went to drop off a package five mins to noon and the shutters were still down. I came back in the late afternoon and it was still closed...on a Friday. If the hours are not what they used be then update them!! Why is it that this is often the level of service that communities of color recieve??

Great people work here. They are patient and helpful. The place is usually kept very tidy and I've never waited longer than 10 minutes to complete my process. My family and I pass 5 other post offices to come here instead.

There's always a line. I've never seen this post office empty, not one time. The tables where you fill out shipping labels, etc., are filthy. The staff moves so slowly. A line of 5-6 people can take 40 minutes to get through. There's usually only one person working at a time. I once saw the window get closed in a woman's face. The lady behind the glass decided to go to lunch while there were about 10 people waiting and instead of saying it nicely to the person on line who approached, she just pulled down her shutter. Employees are so intensely rude for no reason. Don't go here if you can avoid it, I've taken packages on the train just to go to another post office further away.

This is the worst Post Office I've ever visited. Unfortunately I do not have a choice. It's the only Post Office near me in 11212 zip code. They never ever open the doors on time in the mornings. The hours are 9am -5pm. Often it's 10am before they open. Once inside the Clerks are rude. It's terrible customer service. They should be grateful to have a job.

The worst postal workers ever. They are very rude and lazy. One worker abandoned a whole line of customers for a good 20-30 minutes to go to the back to call the cops on a customer. The customer didn’t even threaten her or anything. All she had to do was let her supervisor handle that customer and she could continue working with the other customers. Are there even any supervisors at this location?Clearly y’all reviews are terrible and customers are not happy with this location. I’ll try to avoid this PO at every cost. Maybe it’s time to close down this location.

The worst Post Office ever. Went the on Friday at 10 am, not open yet. Went there the following Monday at 11 am not opened, went there on Tuesday at 1 am not opened. Why are that people depend on them and they don't service the community. Unrealiable, one worker there is rude and loud
