Mr. Formal

Mr. Formal took fantastic care of me and my best man. I was very impressed with the attention to detail, professionalism, and thoughtfulness they provided. They made sure everything fit properly and made suggestions that were smart and thoughtful which helped reduce the overall stress I was feeling during the final days before my wedding. They delivered on each and every expectation I had and made me feel like they cared about my suit and m wedding as much as I did. I would recommend Mr. Formal to anyone who needs a suit for a wedding or any formal occasion. Really excellent job Mr. Formal, keep up the good work.

Amazing service and people!! Pam is just amazing and her staff is so helpful. Got a wonderful suit for our wedding and rental for groomsman to match. Also got another two suits because they were so reasonably priced and sharp looking! Wonderful customer service. Definitely shipping there for life.

I recently utilized Mr. Formal Portland for my wedding and rented four suits for me and my groomsmen. The customer service was great and everyone I interacted with in the shop made my life easier as we got everything taken care of for the wedding. The staff were super accommodating with measurements for groomsmen who were either out of state or in another city and the measurements came out great! Only concern on my end was that the hemming for my pants were quite deep and evident from the outside which could have been my desperate needs for a 38x29 due to having short legs. Thanks for getting me and my guys set up for the big day!

We went to look at Tuxedo's for our upcoming wedding. We were greeted with a big smile from the sales associate. We started looking and she kept asking if we needed help! She assisted us with correct sizes and ideas! Not only did we buy a tuxedo, shirt, bow ties! When we went to check out and asked if they gave a military discount? She said yes! A big thank you to her! I feel bad that I have forgotten her name! Best experience!

Definitely don’t recommend this place. Bad customer service , rude , unprofessional. Pam who was working is very rude. She only helps who she wants. She’s not helpful when it comes to ordering and needing different sizes. She will just say they don’t have any to accommodate what you’re needing. This place is a mess. An needs better staffing who are willing to go above and beyond in customer service. An who won’t get mad when changes come up for clients. Definitely wouldn’t ever return here.

Very helpful ladies there with great customer service, fitted my son very well and took their time and was very determined to find sizes that will fit you and not just throw something together here you go wham bam I will be a return customer for myself soon

Okay the suit that we rented it was name brand Calvin Klein but I think it was the cheap version and it was kind of dirty… white stains on the jacket Of the arms. all that matter is he looked good and he enjoyed graduation so thank you…

My experience was definitely a pleasant one at this Mr. Formal. I came in to get measurements and the staff was nice, patient, professional and really made sure I liked what I was trying on and like how my measurements felt to me. They want you to be satisfied and it shows. I would definitely recommend this location to others who are looking to rent out even buy a suit or tuxedo.

After a long hot day and feeling a little irritable I walked in to look for some articles for my wedding. Staff was super helpful and fun and put a smile on my face. The laughter made my day and I left with exactly what I needed. Thank you Yo!

It was my birthday and we needed a tux asap. LEXI was Amazing! We had no idea what size or fit and she got us the tux, tie and shoes for a really good deal and in under an hour. Thank you lexi for being so friendly and helping us have an enjoyable dinner date.
