Mr. V‘s is such a huge part of the Atlanta small business community. More specifically in the small black business community. This is the only black owned restaurant equipment company I have found in Atlanta. Not only do they have a huge variety of equipment and restaurant items. Their customer service will keep you coming back year after year. Mr. Carmichael and his partner DJ  truly embody the white glove experience. Not only did they deliver my items earlier than expected they set them up, ensure they were working, and help me get them placed properly in my shop. The best part of all is the efficiency. They made this whole process very seamless.

Y’all if you don’t know about this hidden gem, you are missing out. Mr. V’s is the only black owned restaurant equipment company that I have found in Atlanta. Not only do they have a wide variety of options, but their customer service cannot be beat. Miss Ann was so kind to walk me through the show room and help me hand select the best equipment for my needs.  Not surprised but the customer service doesn’t stop there. Mr. Carmichael and his partner DJ truly blew me away with their impeccable service. Not only did they deliver my items on time but they offer a true white glove experience. They insured everything worked properly and I was completely satisfied with even the location of the equipment. Anytime I need any restaurant equipment needs , there is no doubt that I will go to Mr. V’s.

Mr.V is so much apart of black Atlanta and young business owners. He has been around forever. We went in without a solid plan and he and his staff hooked us up. Kay ama Mike both great sales. The Mr.Carmichael on our delivery was absolutely AMAZING. If you’re in the market for restaurant equipment in Atlanta, highly recommended giving him a visit.  Thanks to your entire team!!!

I have owned 2 restaurants for over 10 years and Mr. V has been my BESt resource for buying and servicing all of my fryers, ovens, coolers and appliances. He always has items in stock and if not can get it in a day or two. True one stop shop for any restaurateurs.

If I could give a negative star I would - This has to be the WORST customer service in history. They take no accountability and they are rude. I’ve been waiting for about 2 months for a warming cabinet and instead of communicating with me and keeping me updated they are disrespectful and disregarding. I would NEVER do business here. On top of it. Half of the time I’m calling warranty for service on equipment that is always going out. I will never spend another dime here. My word of advice VERONICA is learn how to be more respectful and nicer to ALL customers. I think you guys take it for granted and there are other options out there. I normally don’t do this. But my patience with these people is non existent at this point. I can understand delays. But the lack luster approach to customers and talking AT customers is a NO NO. COMMUNICATE BETTER and BE NICER   … BUYERS BEWARE.

One of the worst experiences I have ever  had! If I could give negative stars I would!! Opened a restaurant went straight to mr v wanted to keep my dollar in the community! I paid for everything up front no squabble about the price nothing! Came time for my delivery and let me say first they gave away what I paid for the It was suppose to be stored for 30 days so instead of a 3 door freezer I got two door and one door! Just unprofessional! I also bought two fryers from them 1 70lb and 1 40lb well…when we went to light the 40lb fryer it would not stay lite called mr v of course response is and always will be let us call you back never happened so I needed this fryer so I called repair man myself only to find that MR V and his team sold me a floor model fryer!!!! Absolutely the worst place to shop for anything!! Terrible customer service and Mr V himself is disrespectful and I don’t understand how they are still in business oh I know why they hustle hard working people! STAY AWAY!!!!

First time buying restaurant equipment is scary! So many questions... But once we entered into the store and started talking with Mr. V,  it became clear that his knowledge, years of expertise, and a willingness to take the time to explain things exceeded all my expectations! It’s clear that he trained his staff to be excellent. Great customer service which started on the phone, carried over when I arrived in person. I'm opening a restaurant Chick'nCone in Atlanta Ga. Two Words! Robin Carmichael! My experience with Mr. V Restaurant equipment was looking blink to say the least had a few issues to start out with! Mr. Carmichael turned that around for me during the delivery he ensured I had everything I needed and even gave me his number to call him to make sure I was good with everything. Called before the delivery and after! Great Customer service!

I have had 3 experiences with this company. All 3 were not the best. I came back because of the prices. My last purchase will be it. They are nice upon purchase, absolutely obnoxious and difficult when you have  to return equipment because it just plain does not work. Their operation is a trash heap. They clean up and polish up damaged and unworking equipment enough for you to get it out the door. Then fail to stand behind anything they sell. There are no refunds. It's a ghetto operation to begin with with unprofessional management that are relatives of the owner. Times are hard and to further complicate things, this company has decided to turn rouge against the small business community. Never buy anything from these people if you can help it. They need to be held accountable.
