Mrakovic Meat & Deli

Really good selection of Eastern European ingredients. They also have a small restaurant in the back the makes Bosnian cuisine, the first I've seen in Toronto. I got a Ćevapi... It was a good sized portion and had a lot of flavor. I'd definitely go back to try their soups.

Great selection of Serbian food and other items. Burek and cevapi are my favourite. Taste is mouthwatering and delicious. So flavourful and indulgent. A must try!

If you're coming for cevapi/burgers/grill please god call ahead. The wait can be interminable if you catch them between batches. Same goes for burek. Call ahead or you may arrive to find the next batch (is it meat + potato, meat, cheese?) isn't up for 10, 20, or who knows 60 mins. The groceries and smoked meats are great. Do not leave without a tub of kajmak (get 4+, they freeze and it's basically a cross between creme fraiche and cream cheese). At the back there's also a bread section where they put out these roll/loaf things. They're like a fat puffy naan bread. Soft, chewy, amazing. I would go back (on my bike from the East end) just for these.

Cevapi were too salty! The workers there are not focused on good customer service, which is quite lacking. The attitude from workers is that you should thank them for being there not thw other way around. Place is old and dated.. Would not go again.
