I’ve never been inside due to COVID restrictions but the service and care are great. You call when you arrive and they check you in by phone. When it’s time for your pet to be seen they call you with instructions where to bring your pet. They’re very easy to talk to, and gave me helpful feedback. I feel that my pets are in good hands with the staff at Mt Airy Animal; The doctors are reachable, they communicate well and it seems very organized. I think this will be my vet of choice for a very long time.
Mt. Airy Animal Hospital is a safe place and not price gouging like other clinics. It’s not the prettiest office but the Vet loves and takes care of pets. They took care of my Labrador and the staff made great recommendations for boarding when my dog had to be transferred from the pet hotel while I was on vacation. This animal hospital will always have a warm place in my heart
I had a really great experience here. They helped me enter safely with my reactive dog and took great care of her. Very transparent about fees ahead of time which was very much appreciated and not something I’ve encountered at other vets. They have also followed up regularly after our visit to see how my dog is doing. They really care and you can tell
We've been taking our dog to this vet for 14 years. It's safe, clean, and everyone is very professional. You can't go wrong with Mount Airy animal hospital.
Horrible communication. Had an appointment on November 20th and asked them to do a lab test to monitor a problem she had been seen for there before and I was told they would call me with results in the next couple of days. They never did. I called again on December 7 to ask about then and I was told that the vet would have to call me back. They never did. The problem was worsening and I didn't know, and most importantly, Mt Airy Animal Hospital didn't care. Wouldn't send my worst enemy here.
Called back in OCTOBER to make a reservation to board my cat over Christmas. When I tried to confirm yesterday, they said they had no record of anything, there was no room, and there was nothing they could do. Things you could have done: - Found another place that would board her, since this was your error. - Given me a discount for future visits. - Made it work in your kennel--I don't care how. So thanks a lot for screwing me over and adding stress to my holiday schedule!
Amazing, compassionate customer service and caring doctors and nurses. They helped me with my sick cat today. I am so grateful!
Finally I got Ginger in her carrier for her annal visit long over due she was not bother by be handled by the doctor and staff.I was quite pleased with the service all my questions were answered and I receive needed info and referral about Ginger recent behavior changes.
Very good Veterinarian care but their pricing is ridiculously high. Can't afford to go back.
They were very good with our pet and she was not scared and cooperated with the vets examination. She was also chipped and they didn't hurt her.
