Horrible, rude staff that does not care about their properties or tenants. Do not rent with this company.

If you want to know the type of company you'd be renting from drive around town and see how they take care of the property. The apartment complex on 60birch makes the neighborhood look like a war zone. The dumpster was actually tipped on its side. Trash every place.

So far I have not had any problems. My apartment is decent, the office staff are friendly and when ever I need something fixed maintenance takes care of it.

I’ve rented from them for almost 10 years. My house is great. They’ve handled every maintenance request I’ve submitted. The staff has always been polite & professional.

Has to be one of the most filthyest placeses i ever rented from dont no how theses people are still in bussiness landloads are asholes dont care of ur roof falls of or about mold extremely do not recommend idk why the city ignores this company insted of shutting it down this the lowest i ever lived

Don’t work for this company the lady does pay u if u quit. My boyfriend worked as a maintenance for them. The apartments and houses are disgusting and filthy and dirty. She is the owner of the company. She shouldn’t be in business needs to be shut down.

I would not rent a house or apartment from this place.their apartments are run down and they will blame you if anything breaks down..also you can forget about getting your deposit back

Few prolbems with the place but landlords are nice and get everything fixed in a timely manner...

Landlady is trash, there is a roach infestation in the apartment building and does nothing to fix it.
