I just wanted to take a moment and give credit where credit is due. Becky did a great job with the closing I had earlier with my clients on property in Rockvale. This was a extremely tough file to close but she got it done. My buyer's got the home they wanted and she had an intricate part to play in that. I know we Realtors tend to take all the credit in a successful closing however I like to think of all the working parts....title, bank, myself, and inspectors as a team. She was a big part of the team on this one. Just wanted to show my appreciation and let you guys know as often times these performances go unrecognized. Thank you for you time.
