HORRIBLE  don't take your instruments here 5 weeks for a pin replacement on a bassoon. Instead of being honest and explaining that they are busy the lied and took the instrument and held it. It was still function if played carefully. Now my child is 5 weeks behind on practice for her first concert in two week.

Wonderful Service, Wonderful Selection.  The staff is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Their stock was plentiful and neatly organized.  I will definitely shop here again!
