I have never seen a more professional, caring and customer friendly music shop in the west county area. Andrey has always taken care of our violin needs being extremely courteous and accommodating despite my daughter breaking 2 violin sets in a span of 3 months!! You will not find a more caring soul then Andrey. This shop is a best in the business and I highly recommend it for your musical needs!!

We have rented instruments for all 4 of our children from Manchester Music and purchased our son's viola from them too. They are always helpful and very fair in pricing. Also, they support the local school systems with workshops, instruments, and donations to school events. Can't say enough about them!

Professional, friendly, experts who I sense truly enjoy music and their customers! Service-oriented . . . rented a viola from them for my kiddo the past 2-yrs, and every time I drop-in they are so helpful!. Recently, my daughter accidently broke her viola during a school event. They replaced it the next day . . . I was in and out in less than 10 mins!
