Music Go Round Toledo

I love guitars, I hate guitar stores. I am impressed by this place as a local franchise. The owner is on hand and was very attentive to an issue that I had. The part that was so impressive is that I am a difficult customer and my problem was exactly that, my problem. Still, the owner listened and clearly explained the store policies calmly and in a non condescending manner. Furthermore, after being difficult I was told that my business was appreciated and it was genuine. I can safely say that this location is the exception to my hatred of guitar stores.

Great staff. Great prices. Stock is constantly changing so I like to stop in every so often to see what's new. I highly recommend this place over the big chain music stores.

Purchased an instrument here, had no idea what I wanted but found the staff informative and not pushy. They where very helpful making sure I had everything I needed to get started. Super nice people and I feel I wasn't overcharged.

Nice little store. Not a vast selection, but decent offering of new and used instruments. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a cheap acoustic guitar, and one staff memeber made the adjustments I wanted, while I waited, for free. That resource alone is invaluable if you're reluctant to do a setup yourself.

Has everything you need and want for music acoustic or electric, there is always a worker there to assist you when you have a question or in need of help, the prices are better than most for the same, if not better quality, very reliable, I have shopped and purchased goods there several times and have remained satisfied with my purchase every time 10/10 would shop again
