This is an overall good music store. They have a wide variety of reeds and other instrumental parts, and the staff is generally pleasant. I have on occasion had problems with my saxophone, and they were able to fix it in one day in time for my audition. I would generally stray away from buying instruments here as they can be unreliable and are often cheaper online.

The quality of my flute, great! Price... not so much. I found the same brand and instrument somewhere else, for HALF THE PRICE that Rettig has... for rental each month, your money=down the drain. Buy an instrument online to keep, if you don't like it, return it!

My mom got a trumpet from here. The first valve got stuck on the FIRST WEEK I had it! My mom brought it in to get it fixed. A few months later, the first valve got stuck AGAIN! I've have had nothing but trouble with my crappy trumpet. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
