Best customer service around. Jeff is one of the best techs around. He managed to fix a headstock break on my Les Paul so well that no one even knows it was ever broken!

If you buy ANY guitar you WILL have to pay a 15% restock upon return. If its day 1 or day 14. They have it written on a piece of paper in a picture frame.

I've had nothing but a pleasant experience here over the past few weeks. They repaired my Marshall amp, and their repair guy Jeff did very well to explain to me exactly what was wrong with it and exactly what he did (he seems to actually have a passion for his job). I also gave them a drum for the purpose of letting them find and order a new piece for it, and there was no trouble or even any charge when I backed out of getting it fixed in the end. I've bought some cables from them that were priced well and came with a 10 year warranty, and they work fine so far. Sales staff is polite and helpful, Jeff is great. All in all a perfect experience. Definitely no regret or uneasyness about going there for my business. I recommend this place highly.

These guys have exceptional customer service. I had some questions about an amp i was interested in and they got back to me within minutes! Furthermore, they ended up cutting me a fantastic deal with quick shipping. Good selection, Good people- it's a no brainer.

I bought an amp from the music farm via reverb and when it arrived it stopped working immediately. when i asked them if they would refund the money and have me ship it back or pay to have it fixed locally, they agreed to have it fixed. that was a mistake for me not to return it, as when they received the repair bill from the shop (who is reputable and i go to often) they refused to pay the bill, citing "they didn't receive an estimate" when their tech talked to the owner (of the music farm) ken about what needed to be done and approved those changes. after filing a claim with reverb 3 months later i got the amp back and still had to pay half of the repair costs. i was on the phone with the store trying to talk to ken (who was at the store) for an hour and he flat refused to talk to me. never buy anything from here they are dishonest about what they sell and refuse to be accommodating. edit: only after i posted this review did they try and get in contact with me after completely ignoring me when i was trying to get in contact with them. not to make amends of any sort but to change the review, saying: "seeing that you gave us a negative review is not justified nor is it based on facts. please revise this review". the two repairs that they "didn't authorize" were a broken treble pot (when they said they had sold it in perfectly working order and their tech had gone through the amp) and the power cable getting switched from a 2 prong to a 3 prong. ironically these were the only two things that i had said i would pay for since they weren't necessarily to the amp working again, and would have only cost about $50. it's a shame they feel the need to blame me for their utter lack of communication. it is dishonest and completely unprofessional.
