After an unexpected transition from a previous music school, Sam Ash employees were very welcoming, helpful & supportive. I was very concerned that my daughter would not be able to continue with her awesome guitar teacher, but fortunately, that wasn’t the case!!
Sam Ash has a much more professional atmosphere and students get a discount on merchandise in the store, something that my daughter’s previous music school never offered. They also allow you to cancel/reschedule classes online (which is very convenient) & are understanding if a student needs to miss a class unexpectedly due to illness. This has been a more positive change than I expected. I’m grateful for the change!!

Great experience. I brought my son in to try out classical guitars. The guy working the guitar area was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He encouraged my son to take his time and play them all. My son is very pleased with his new guitar, and I will definitely take him back in the future.

Great store, outstanding experience!
Came in to trade a guitar and help my wife pick out a keyboard, and saw some beautiful PRS core models hanging on the wall. Wound up not only finding a great keyboard for my wife, but also a fabulous one-off PRS McCarty 594.
Graham and Rob were wonderful throughout the entire process! Very helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and very patient throughout our selection process.

Got A Beautiful Michael Kelly Strat Copy that is the best playing guitar in my collection; thanks to an Excellent Sales Team for getting me exactly what I was looking for at A Fantastic Price $$$. No need to go Anywhere Else but Sam Ash for me.

Super nice, attentive staff. Walked in and I was immediately greeted by a clean, spacious and bright store. Very well organized. People were friendly. As I walked the sales floor, I was greeted by every staff member I encountered -- at least 6 different people. All asked how my day was and then asked if I needed anything. When I said I didn't, they left me alone. I love that part -- many stores need to take notes from that. If someone says they don't need help, then don't keep asking them! The staff made themselves seem approachable and warm, so if I did need anything, it would've been easy to ask. Also thanks for buying my flute and giving me a great price for it. Hope to do business again soon!
