Wonderful support for All Phases of the instrument acquisition process. Because they were running low on a specific instrument that I needed, they only had instruments for rent. The first month's rent actually covered 2 months, which was nice in case a child does not want to play after 6 weeks. They also gave great advice for purchasing second-hand. Good assessment of my instrument purchased elsewhere. Quick look over and assessment was free of charge. But I know they have a full service department if I need it.

This is a joke! Their site claims you can "watch our techs work on your instrument while you sip on hot chocolate from our coffee bar." There is NO sense of urgency what so ever with these people.

I had my guitar set up at this place recently and I honestly think all they did was change my strings and wiped my fretboard down with polish (barely). After setup, my bridge pickup was so high that a tuner was having a hard time picking up the notes and my fret buzz was UNREAL! As I lowered my pickup today as raised my action to try and eliminate some fret buzz I though to myself 'what did I pay these dudes for!" Very upset, wasted time and money as it cost $50 for a restring (which they call a setup) and it took them a little over a week! Lost a possible customer here, I will just shop online and watch youtube video to figure out how to setup my guitar. Thanks for robbing me.
