The NJ MVC is a joke. It is an antiquated system that could be improved easily. Most of the people working at the Medford location are misery and unpleasant. I was lucky today. I got a nice one
Came in with a great attitude and was treated like absolute scum. They also told me to fill out the incorrect thing barely apologized and now I have to jump through insane hoops to fix it their mistake.
This place was absolutely horrible. The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude. I recommend that their employees take some sort of customer service class.
The hard-working people of this Motor Vehicles Commission deserve more credit than they get. They work hard and are efficient even during covid-19 times.
