My Chef Lynn

Chef Lynn catered an event at our home for 45 people from all over the world. Everyone was wowed by everything she prepared - smoked pork sliders and chicken thighs, a fabulous smoked potato salad, an amazing and diverse charcuterie board, a watermelon/tomato/mint salad (perfect for a summer night), and a perfectly dressed Caesar salad. Everything was exceptional - I highly recommend her!

wow. A meatloaf sandwich that makes your eyes roll to the back of your head in bliss. Generous portion. The chili was meaty and was like the kind of homemade you wait by a crackpot all day for. Mild yet not timid in spice. The kind that warms your tummy and attitude on a cold wet Seattle day. I can't wait for Chef Lynn to come back to Kirkland and am letting the Powers that be know we want her back soon and often.

I had the pot roast sandwich and it was DELICIOUS! The smoked potato salad is also very good but it's spicy. My coworkers all thought it was great food and even better than they had expected. Chef Lynn also offers gluten free options. I would definitely eat here again!

Pork Sliders were so amazing. I can't wait for the next Bite of Seattle!
